Provider
The Zenith Sky app and website (the "service") are operated by Danolab s.r.o. ("we"). Contact: inbox@danolab.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.
What the service does
Zenith Sky predicts when satellites such as the ISS pass over your location. Times, heights and brightness are estimates calculated from publicly available orbital data. We do not guarantee that you will see a satellite, or that the data is accurate, complete or available without interruption. Visibility depends on things like weather and light pollution.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. In particular, you must not:
- disrupt the service or bypass its security,
- scrape the website in bulk using automated tools,
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, unless the law expressly allows it,
- use it in a way that could endanger yourself or others (observe the sky safely).
Zenith Sky+
The core features are free. Zenith Sky+ unlocks extra features and removes ads. Prices: €1.49 per month, €7.99 per year, €14.99 lifetime (one-time).
Payment is charged, and the monthly and yearly subscriptions are renewed automatically, by Google Play or the App Store. You can cancel at any time in your store settings; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the policies of the relevant store. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected.
Ads
The free version shows ads. See the privacy policy for details on how data is handled in connection with ads.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, texts and logo belong to us or our licensors. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes. Orbital data and other third-party sources belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from relying on the predictions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may change these terms, for example when adding a feature or when the law changes. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. As a consumer you keep the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
